Using the site
You may use this site and its music, text, images and other content for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site or its security, access another person's account or order, or reproduce or distribute content without permission or a legal right to do so. Rights in music, artwork, text, names and marks remain with their respective owners.
Products and orders
A product page may describe an item before it is available to buy. An order is placed only through a working checkout option. Viewing a product or requesting an update does not reserve inventory or create a charge.
When checkout is available, it displays the order details and total amount due before payment. Payment is processed through Stripe. The Executive Producers Vinyl Edition is a limited physical pre-order charged in full when an order is placed. Gleason Gear shirts, when offered, are printed to order and charged at checkout. Product pages identify the current price, available sizes and estimated shipping information.
The REBIRTH Song Cycle is a digital purchase charged at checkout as a one-time payment of $99. It is not a subscription. Access is not delivered at purchase. Ineffable Joy Records, LLC will email your access details to the address you use at checkout when they are ready. Delivery timing is not yet confirmed. Our Refunds and Cancellations Policy explains your cancellation and refund options for the Song Cycle.
We may decline or cancel an order before shipment if payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, an item is unavailable, or a material listing error occurred. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. Our Shipping Policy and Refunds and Cancellations Policy explain the applicable delivery and cancellation terms.
Outside services
This site links to independent music and other services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. A link does not mean we control their content or availability.
Availability and rights
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but content, features and release timing may change. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights connected to a paid order.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated effective date. A change does not retroactively alter the terms of an accepted order unless you agree or applicable law allows it. Questions may be sent to support@ineffablejoyrecords.com.
