This site is operated by Ineffable Joy Records, LLC, New Orleans, Louisiana. Contact: support@ineffablejoyrecords.com. This policy explains information handled through the REBIRTH site.
Information handled
When you browse, our hosting and security services process technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, requested pages and timestamps. The site also keeps request-limit records to protect forms and checkout from abuse. Those records are separate from marketing sign-ups.
If a sign-up feature is available and you use it, we collect the email address and the form or product you selected. If checkout is available and you place an order, we collect the contact, order and shipping information needed to process and fulfill it. Stripe handles payment credentials on its hosted checkout. This site does not store your full card or bank account number. If you contact us, we receive the information you send.
Stripe collects your email address at checkout for a Song Cycle purchase. Ineffable Joy Records, LLC uses that address to email your access details and respond to order questions.
Why information is used
We use information to provide and secure the site, respond to requests, process and fulfill accepted orders, handle refunds or disputes, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. A product-interest request is not a purchase. The site does not currently have a connected marketing-email delivery service; submitting a form does not by itself start a promotional email program.
Providers and other sites
Cloudflare hosts and secures the site and stores site records. Stripe processes payments when checkout is offered. Records may be copied to Airtable if that integration is configured. A fulfillment provider may receive order details needed to ship an item. Adobe Fonts serves some site typefaces and receives the technical requests needed to deliver them. Music, social and other outbound links open independent services governed by their own privacy notices. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and retention
The site may use necessary access or security cookies. Our Cookie Notice explains those used by the reviewed first-party site. We keep records as needed for orders, security, accounting and legal obligations. There is not a single automatic deletion schedule for every type of record.
Your requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with you by writing to support@ineffablejoyrecords.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records when required for a transaction or legal obligation. We will explain when a request cannot be fully completed. Rights may vary by location.
Children, security and changes
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. No site or transmission is completely secure.
We may update this policy as the site changes. The current version and its effective date will appear here.
