This policy applies to orders accepted through checkout on the REBIRTH site, operated by Ineffable Joy Records, LLC. Contact: support@ineffablejoyrecords.com.
Gleason Gear
Gleason Gear shirts are printed to order and charged at checkout. You may cancel a shirt order for a full refund before production begins. Because each shirt is made for its order, we do not accept size exchanges or returns for a change of mind after production begins.
If a shirt arrives defective or in a size different from the one ordered, contact support@ineffablejoyrecords.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or an appropriate refund. This does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
Executive Producers Vinyl Edition
The Executive Producers Vinyl Edition is charged in full when ordered. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once shipped, it is final sale as a numbered, signed physical edition, except for damage, defects or rights that apply by law.
If the edition arrives damaged or defective, contact support@ineffablejoyrecords.com within 14 days of delivery and include photographs if available. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Song Cycle
The REBIRTH Song Cycle is a digital purchase of full access to the series, 12 issues, for a one-time payment of $99, charged at checkout. It is not a subscription.
Access is not delivered at purchase. Delivery timing is not yet confirmed. We will email your access details to the address you use at checkout.
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before access is delivered, including if delivery is delayed or access is never delivered. Once access has been delivered, please contact us about any refund request and we will review it.
For cancellation or refund questions, contact support@ineffablejoyrecords.com. Please include the email address used at checkout, the purchase date, and your Stripe receipt or order reference if available.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit becomes visible. This does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
Delays and merchant cancellations
If we cannot ship by the stated time, we will provide the revised shipping information and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
We may cancel an order before shipment if payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, an item is unavailable, or a material listing error occurred. If you have already been charged, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
